Among his noteworthy creations is the famous short film “Sadhu in Bombay” from 2016, which claimed several international awards and featured in various prestigious film festivals. “BUDDHA” 2017 was internationally well received and was released on Mubi. Another one of his short films “Nitty-Gritty Punjab Police” 2021 was as equally popular, and in 2023 Kabir took a massive step in his career by directing the Netflix Original Series “Class”, an adaptation of the Spanish series “Elite”. The series explores the themes of caste discrimination and privilege intertwining with an engrossing murder mystery.
