Anita Sharma is a Hindi Film Director. She has directed more than 15 short films, which have been viewed by millions of viewers all over the world. She is a resident of Ghaziabad. She has always wanted to do something and saw creativity in the smallest of things. She makes short films that have a hidden message. Her first film, Jolly, focuses on Childhood mobile addiction. She made this movie after observing that children were sitting with phones in their hands, even at Parks and restaurants. The film was well-received by the audience. She has been making short films since 2013.
Many of her films have received International Recognition. Her film ‘Illish’ has been screened twice at Indo-German film Week at Germany in the years 2017 and 2018. The movie was also the winner of the contest ‘Love Kaa Side Effects’ organized by Pocket Films 2017. Her movies ‘The Coat’ was one among the top three short films from India for screening at the River to River Film Festival, Italy in 2017.  Her short film ‘Freedom’ is a film based on Woman Empowerment received the Consumer Film Festival Award organised by CFBP. Anita herself was the writer, cinematographer, and Editor of the film.
