Shiva Joshi

Shiva Joshi is a Hindi creative director, producer, and creative lead. He was initially an advertising professional who now turned himself into a producer and creative lead. He worked as Operations Supervisor at Lintas India Private Limited in 2003 for four years. In 2008, he worked as an associate producer at IBN Lokmat. From 2010 to 2012, he worked as an executive producer in film production departments. In 2013, he became an executive producer for creative services at Ashe Marcom Private Limited in Goregaon, Mumbai. In 2014, he joined New Spot Media Services as Marketing and Communication Business Director for over two years.

He managed the business of creative communication with the Blue Chip Corporate clients, namely ICICI Bank Limited, Vijayta Films, Mahindra Rise, and Fountainhead MKTG. He was self-employed as a director and creative producer for three years in Mumbai, since 2017. In 2021, he was employed as a Creative and Brand Manager at Ethosh Designs Private Limited in Mumbai, for a year. He has been working as a Creative Lead in Pre and Post Production at ETHOSH in Pune and Nashik, since 2022. He directs videos, does storytelling, motion graphics, etc. He leads and reviews external and internal creative teams.
