Pia Benegal is a costume designer who has created costumes for more than 20 years. She has created designs for theatre, television, and film. She has an adventurous temperament, enjoys exploring new places, loves nature and animals, appreciates fine cuisine, and has broad musical interests. Pia enjoys taking pictures and creating the still images for the two short films ‘Re-Bell’ and ‘R.I.P.’ (Raster Image Processor). In 2013, Pia served on the Kashish Film Festival jury. In 2018, she joined the Laadli family and will serve on the juries for the Film Awards and the Book Awards. In both 2017 and 2018, she served on the LIFFT India Filmotsav-World Cine Fest selection committee.
