She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Pearl Academy of Fashion in Delhi and started her very own elite label called “Ekta Singh” in the year 2001. During a fashion show on her graduation, she has presented her very first Women’s Knitwear Collection, and it was highly acclaimed. She specializes in creating couture and bridal wear.

Ekta later became popular for her detailed embroideries, perfect clean lines, pristine cuts, and exemplary finish. She has swathed a countless number of women to show her excellent, stirring and sensual collections in a variety of international fashion weeks. She has her signature studio in New Delhi and Mumbai and through the years, it has expanded across the nation's border to accommodate clients from around the world. The Ekta Singh’s collections are also being retailed online.
