Akriti Negi

Akriti Negi is a well-known social media influencer in India, commonly known as Aakriti Negi, who rose to popularity in 2023 after competing on MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand (Season 19). Akriti Negi was born in 2002 into a middle-class family in the Uttar Pradesh city of Lucknow. She has a younger brother named Suryansh Negi and an older sister. Akriti studied at a private school in Lucknow for her primary schooling before completing her bachelor's degree.

She has always enjoyed dancing and sports, and during her school years, she used to compete in both. Akriti gained admiration from people when she started making dance and lip-synching videos on the social media platform TikTok, which helped her kickstart her career. Her followers and subscribers grew within a few days. Akriti then attempted to participate in the TV reality show "MTV Roadies 19 (Karm Ya Kaand)," where she was shortlisted but not initially chosen. However, Akriti has now entered as a wildcard contestant in MTV Roadies 19, and as a result, she has been selected for Team Rhea. Akriti’s presence has generated a lot of buzz since her arrival.

Apart from her online presence, Akriti enjoys exploring new places and frequently shares her travel experiences on social media. She is also a proficient badminton player and runs a self-titled YouTube channel. Akriti has even represented Uttar Pradesh in numerous badminton tournaments.
