Adya Niraj is often referred to as India's Megan Young. She was born in Ranchi. Her parents are doctors. Her father, Dr. Niraj, manages a private nursing facility, whereas her mother, Dr. Smita Gupta, works at RIMS in Ranchi. Adya did her schooling at Surendranath Centenary School, Ranchi. Her parents encouraged her to pursue MBBS, but she was not interested. She was graduated from the National Law University in Ranchi, India's top law school.
