Jyoti Gupta

Jyoti Gupta is a Mumbai-based television and OTT content producer having a strong professional base with a lot of work experience. He completed his high schooling from D.S. Inter College in 1984, and then completed his graduation in Mathematics from Kanpur University in 1986. He has worked in various production houses at different posts in the Hindi television industry. In May 2000, he started working as a production executive in Triplecom Media Pvt. Ltd. He was also the project head for Star Plus’s ‘Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. His work involved getting the cast and crew onboard to budgeting, planning, and execution.

While working for Spellbound Production as a business head from November 2011to October 2012, Jyoti Gupta worked on Star Plus show ‘Pratigya’ and Colors’ show ‘Pratha’. For Siddhant Cinevision Ltd., he worked as the head of the operation, where he handled the entire operation of Life Ok’s show ‘Kaisa Ye Ishq Hai’. From casting to hiring the crew, budgeting, planning, execution, channel coordination, creative discussion, supervising the shoot, post-production work, he did everything. From December 2013 to July 2014, he worked for Scaling Heights Entertainment Pvt Ltd. as the head of operations. There he looked after all the business operations of Life Ok's show ‘Nadaan Parinde Ghar Aaja’. He worked as a project head and handled shows like ‘Tumhari Pakhi’ under ShashiSumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd. 

Currently, he co-partners Silver Ivory Productions, a production house incorporated in January 2011 in Mumbai. The production house has produced shows like  &TV's entertainment show  ‘Queens Hain Hum’ starring ‘Jia Shankar’, ‘Kenisha Bharadwaj’, and ‘Bhavna Pani’, Zee Tv’s drama show ‘Hamari Bahu Silk’ starring ‘Chahat Pandey’ and ‘Zaan Khan’, and a ZEE5 OTT platform anthology series ‘Dhatt Teri Ki’ starring ‘Aparshakti Khurana’, ‘Gopal Dutt Tiwari’, ‘Parzaan Dastur’, and ‘Badri Chavan’. He has also worked as a line producer for Boom Man Studios Television Commercial Kohinoor's Women's Day Special and ZEE5 Original Short Film ‘Tamashree’. Apart from this, he works part-time as a Vedic for KP Astrology.
