Anu Sikka is the Head of Content Creation, Channel Strategy, and Research at Viacom18 Media Network's Kids Cluster (including Nick, Sonic, Nick Junior, and Nick HD channels). She currently lives in Maharashtra, India, in the Mumbai Suburban area. Anu has more than 21 years of expertise in media. Anu was formerly the Creative Director of Hungama, where she was in charge of the channel's animation and non-fiction strategy. She also spent two years as an executive producer at Sab T.V. She established the in-house production team at SAB TV and launched the channel's daily current affairs band.

As the content head for Viacom18's kids' cluster, Anu is responsible for driving the channel's programming strategy by curating a solid content pipeline and developing a diverse cast of appealing characters. Motu Patlu, Shiva, and the recently released Rudra are all the frontrunners, thanks to the characters she has created. Her ahead-of-the-curve programming style has been a significant changer for Nickelodeon, contributing to the network's rise to the top. She has been a part of the promotion of several channels.
