Arnav Rao is a screenplay writer and stand-up comic artist. Arnav was born and brought up in Bengaluru in the state of Karnataka. Arnav is a lawyer by profession. He studied law at the University of Nottingham in England. He practiced law for a few years and was appointed as a lawyer to the Maras High Court. He gave up his profession as a lawyer in the year 2016 to pursue his passion as a stand-up artist. He had been writing and cracking one-liners and jokes since the time he was 14 years old. However, only in 2016, it came to him to follow his passion. Arnav was noticed and got famous after he participated in the Indian Comedy Competition – Comicstaan on Amazon Prime. Since then he has been doing stand-up shows all across the country.
