Abhinay Khoparzi

Abhinay Khoparzi is an Indian cinematographer, curator, producer, and instructor. He studied at St. Joseph's College, Allahabad, for an Indian School Certificate in Science (1990-2002). He did a Diploma In CGI and VFX Video Post Production from the Maya Academy Of Advanced Cinematics (2004 - 2006). He also did a Diploma in Recording Arts, Physics, Computer Science, Computer Application, Music Theory, and Music Business from the School of Audio Engineering (2005 - 2006). He graduated with M.A. in Television Production and Media from Birmingham City University (2012 - 2013). Aside from the course, he also received business development and entrepreneurial training from Nesta UK and BSEEN.

Abhinay has skills in after effects, video production, content management, content strategy, film production, video editing, mobile content, digital marketing, graphic design, web development, video post-production, final cut pro, adobe premiere pro, and many more. Abhinay has volunteered as a videographer at Supersonic Festival, Birmingham (Arts and Culture) (Since Nov 2012) and as a video producer in State of the Map 2013 (Science and Technology) (Since Sep 2013). He has experience as Marketing Intern at Sonodyne Electronics (Feb 2006-Jun 2006). He did market research and handled sales calls at the Mumbai office. He was the Sound Engineer Hungama Mobile (Jun 2006-Mar 200).

He initially joined Hungama Mobile as a sound engineer and artist coordinator for developing IVR content for clients like Reliance Infocom, Vodafone, Airtel etc. He oversaw the recording of the scripts and then edited and processed them to industry-standard formats and quality. He eventually led the development of IVR properties to promote entertainment content released by their content partners, which included T-Series etc. He worked as Technology Writer at Info Media India Ltd (Mar 2007-Mar 2008). He was the Co-founder and Technical Director of 3rd Thought Entertainment (Jul 2007 Jan 2010).

He was a Cinematographer and Technical Director at Empatheia Films (Feb 2008-Sep 2012). He was the Technology Director of SpotMyGadget.com (Feb 2011-Apr 2013). He also worked as an E-Learning Materials Producer at Birmingham City University (Oct 2014-Jun 2016) in the U.K. He has experience as a Senior Consultant at InVideo Freelance (Jul 2021-May 2022). He was the Video Producer, Director, and Editor Freelance Video Professional Self-employed (Since Feb 2008). He worked as a Curator, Producer, Performer and Instructor at Algorave India-Self-employed (Since Feb 2018). He worked in the movie Corrode (2011) as a cinematographer and visual effects and acted in the role of a man on the bus.
