Rajkumar's profession started as an assistant director to Anand Mahendru. After that, he entered UTV in 2003 and Siddhant Cine Vision. After that, he was assigned as the Casting Director and the Post Production-in-Charge for SAB TV. He feels working on television is better than movies. After working ten years as a casting director at SAB TV, Rajkumar started 'Rajkumar Creations.' As normal Indian parents, his parents were against his entry into the film industry. After seeing Aulaad starring Sridevi, he decided to enter the Cinema.
