Taha Anwer is a competent director, currently working as a freelance film-maker in Mumbai. She studied Electronic Media at EMRC DAVV INDORE in 2008. She further studied Filmmaking at the National Institute of Design. From 2010-2011, she worked at VisualJuju Design Pvt. Ltd in Goa. For two years, she worked with Vishal Bhardwaj Pictures Private Limited. From 2013-2015, she worked under Yash raj films before getting self-employed.
She has worked as an assistant director in six films, which are Devi 2 in 2019, Sniff!!! in 2017, 7 Hours to Go in 2016, Dum Laga Ke Haisha in 2015, The Hundred-Foot Journey in 2014 and Society Kaam Se Gayi in 2011.
