In 2013, Nikki led several art healing and wellness workshops for the disabled and senior citizens and Art Mentor programs for school children in the United Kingdom. She received the 2014 Successful Achievement Award from VOICES OF WOMEN WORLDWIDE and VOWW-USA TV for her contribution to humanity and her gift of the painting "Salvation" for auction to benefit earthquake victims in Nepal. She also held an art show and healing workshops for war veterans at the CalVets Veterans Home in Los Angeles.
