Harkamal Preet Kaur is an upcoming, young and talented VJ, model turned actress who appears in Hindi Television serials. Harkamal Preet Kaur, a Psychology graduate from Chandigarh, India started off her career as a VJ on channel V and then ventured into the world of modelling after several modelling offers started pouring in for her. Harkamal Preet Kaur was quite a popular VJ of her time and still works as a VJ in her free time besides the hectic schedules of her shoot of the tele serial she is currently acting. After VJing and doing various modelling assignments for a while, Harkamal was offered the role of Nikki in Channel V’s chick flick and a rom com for the youth of today Relationship status: It’s complicated. Relationship status: It’s complicated is a romantic comedy serial with the twist of a thriller essays the story of friendship, trust, love, lust and betrayal in an unusual way and from a completely new and compelling perspective through the eyes of the younger generation of the present. Harkamal Preet Kaur in this serial is essaying the role of Nikki- who is a vibrant, bubbly and intelligent girl with modern values who firmly believes that friendship and trust is the base of love and any and all relationships. Her character is seen to be hopelessly in love with the main male protagonist of the show and eventually been betrayed by his love. Her character Nikki then goes into depression and tries committing suicide. Harkamal’s portrayal won many accolades from the audiences and the critics.
