Nikkita Chadha is an actress, model, dancer, tastemaker, and campaigner. She was born in London, UK, on 12th August 1994. Her family is of Indian descent. She combines Punjabi and Gujarati ancestry. She is fluent in Hindi and incredibly proud of her South Asian ancestry. Nikkita began dancing at a young age, learning ballet, tap, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, commercial, and musical theatre dances. She also does Bollywood and the traditional Indian dance form known as "Kathak." She acquired her degree in dance and musical theater from Urdang University in the UK. Nikkita has had a variety of experiences working in TV and Film after graduating from theater school in London. She has also worked with major businesses, appearing in their advertisements and campaigns.
She appeared on television for the first time in 2015 as Hologram Singer on the hit series “Doctor Who”. She has also performed in several more television series, including Bridgeton (2020), The Great (2020), Corner Shop Show (2019), and Turn up Charlie (2019). In 2017, the movie "Mubarkan" served as her Bollywood debut. In 2018, she starred in her first British movie, Boogie Man, and in 2019, she made her Hollywood breakthrough in Aladdin. She took part as a dancer in both of these movies.
She has appeared in the movies such as Cinderella, Jingle Jangle, A Game of Two Halves, and Death of the Nile. She has also appeared in motion pictures like The Long Goodbye (2019) and City Mirrors: Random Actions - Big Dancing (2017). She danced at a variety of occasions, such as Britain's Got Talent, Madame Tussaud's corporate event, the Nobel Peace Price Award Ceremony, and MTV VMA.
