Pratik Shelar

Pratik Shelar is an Indian Actor. He completed his schooling from Laxmanrao Apte Jr. College Pune, where he graduated with first class. He Later on went to attend Rajashri College of Engineering, Pune University, Pune and PICT School of Technology and Management, from where he graduated with first class. While there he was also the Cultural Activities Event Manager, and he handled all activities on and off campus. He later went to attend Coventry University, where he obtained His master's in business administration in Marketing. While at Coventry University he has also acted as a course representative and worked on various projects such as E-Marketing, Marketing Planning, Marketing Communication and Economics.

After completing his education, he worked as a Public Relations Officer at Spandan Parivar Cinema Production House, where he acted in several short film including one Hindi feature film ‘Humne Jeena Sikh Liya’. He has also directed a couple of short films. He was also involved with Liaising with Media, Individuals and other film production houses, Distributing Press Releases to Targeted Media, etc.

He later went to work as a marketing assistant at CBNC Network 18 Channel, where he was involved in conceptualizing, Partnership, Media Planning, Client Servicing, Campaign Management and promotional management and was also involved in Tie-Up with Indian Art Festival, Samsung Innovation Quotient Season 2, UP Rising Event, etc. Pratik Shelar also worked as a Marketing Advisor at his alma matter, Coventry University, where he was the advisor for the spring team for the programme Culturae Mundi. He is also the founder, director, and chairman of Indian Movie Friend, which is a brand under MoviEmsee Ltd. The group was involved in Streaming and production of the Marathi movie Dhyani-Mani, which was the first Marathi movie released online internationally s its theatrical release date.

They also distributed the blockbuster Marathi Movies such as Katyar Kaljat Ghusali, Natasamrat, as well as Kanha in the United Kingdom Cinemas. They also sell tickets to Asian and Indian shows in UK. He is also the founder, Director and CEO of GoViddo, where he presents valuable film projects to investors as an investment option. It is also backed by reputable talents. Pratik Shelar has also worked as a producer for movies such as Everyone Is Going To Die (2021), Midnight Peepshow (2022), and The Entrepreneur: A documentary, which is based on his journey to be an Entrepreneur in the UK after coming from a small town in Maharashtra, India.
