Mohd Sharia was born in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. He resides in Delhi. His nickname is Sharia. His father is Nashrul Haque, who is a retired officer, and his mother, Ishnaz Begum, is a homemaker. He also has a brother named Asadul Ashraf. He went to study at Al Barkaat Public School till 10th standard and at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). He then went to Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, from 2019 to 2020. He has been an actor at DS Creations Music since 26 April 2021. He debuted with Vodka Diaries (2018) and later worked in Nirdosh (2018), Veerey Ki Wedding (2018), Nawabzaade (2018), and The Zoya Factor (2019). He has worked on the music for the movie Mulakaatein (2023) and acted in the songs Tere Vaaste (2022), Tum Bhi Pachtaoge (2023), Gabru (2023), and Badnaam Kar Diya (2023)Â
