Champak Lal

Champak Lal is a popular character from Sony Sab TV “ Taarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashma.” The father of Jethalal, Champaklal Jayantilal Gada, moved to Mumbai to live with Jethalal's family after leaving his home village in Kutch, Gujarat. He is divorced. Champaklal was born between 1941 and 1942, as shown by his mugshot. He is more active than Jethalal despite being older. He participates in yoga and workouts and is an active member of the Young Old Group, a little group he and his buddies started. Champaklal adores his entire family and mainly treasures his relationship with his grandson Tapu. When Tapu and Daya are involved in a dispute, he always sides with them. Jethalal frequently has little say in family affairs because of his absolute power to make decisions. He often reprimands and aggressively calls Jethalal "babushka" while secretly loving him.

He is always treated with the utmost respect and given a voice in decision-making. He goes by Chacha Ji, and the entire Tapu Sena refers to him as Dada Ji. Champaklal always mediates disputes and heated exchanges of words. He adheres to Gandhian ideals and detests unethical behavior such as robbery and corruption. Champaklal resembles his late father, Jayantilal Girdharlal Gada, in every way. He eats dinner at 8:30 p.m. every night. Amit Bhatt, an Indian television actor, born on August 19, 1972, assumes the part of Champak Lal in real life. He has made several appearances in Hindi television series.
