Raam Mori is a short story writer, screenwriter, and columnist who writes in Gujarati. He is most known for his fictional works that portray Saurashtra's life in the country. His collection of short tales, Mahotu, won the Yuva Puraskar award from the Sahitya Akademi (2017). He was born on February 2, 1993, in the Gujarati village of Mota Surka. Tejalba and Bhavsangbhai Mori were his parents. His family hails from the village of Lakhavad, which is close to Palitana. He finished his fabrication engineering coursework. At the age of 17, he began penning short stories. His tales have appeared in literary periodicals in Gujarati, including Shabdasrishti, Navneet Samarpan, Etad, Tathapi, and Shabdasar. He's an Ahmedabad resident.
