He worked for Playing Drama Entertainment Pvt. Limited. He worked as a production controller at Oberoi IBC India Pvt. Ltd. Manoj is the founder of Storytell Films and Manoj Ahir Production.
In 2014, Manoj was the executive producer for the Gujarati film Rajvadi Bapu Ne Rang Chhe, directed by Suryakiran Rawat.
