Rakesh Rathod is a Gujarati makeup artist who was born and brought up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has worked for Bade Dilwale Dulhan Le Jayenge by DevPagli & Jigar Thakor. Besides doing makeup for the celebrities, he is also involved in the cinematography of the films, videos, songs and music. Rakesh Rathod worked as a cinematographer for the short movie Gandhi in Heaven (2016). As a makeup artist, he has worked on the film Navri Bazar (2016). He has around 5-10 film credits in his name, and all those credits belong to Gujarati Film Industry. Besides, Rakesh Rathod has worked as a makeup artist for films like Kon Parka Kon Potana (2022), Kutumb (2019), and Shoot Out (2016).
