Kaushal Rathod hails from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has proven his expertise in direction through various films and ad films. He is a Bcom graduate from Gujarat University who was confident enough to follow his passion and eventually became successful in his career. He began his career as a Production manager at Zee Gujarati from 2005 to 2008. He then worked as a Dubbing Director at DD Girnar Doordarshan Kendra Ahmedabad. In 2015, he worked as an Assistant Director in the Gujarati film “Romeo and Radhika” under the banner of Nakoda Films.

His talent has been showcased in advertisements as well. He has directed various Ad films for brands such as Gajanand Foods, and Fortune Foods. Fortune Food products come under Adani Group’s initiative for a healthy growing nation called Adani Wilmar Limited. His Ad films for various Fortune Foods products are famous on YouTube. He also directed a women empowerment series called “Chef at Home” in 2018. Since 2019, he has been working as a Producer at Viacom 18 Media Private Limited.

He has contributed a lot to the media industry by following his passion. Keeping aside his passion and profession, he is a keen learner and has an innate need to push himself and learn new things. He has upskilled himself by doing a certified course in Leadership, authorized by IIMA- IIM Ahmedabad and offered by Coursera. He is indeed an inspiring personality.
