Prasenjit Mallick was born on 27 April 1988 in Kolkata, India. He is a Playback Singer and Songwriter in the Bengali Film Industry. Prasenjit has completed his schooling at Mitra Institution and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Umesh Chandra College, University of Calcutta. Prasenjit is a trained professional in Hindustani Classical Music. He performed for the first time on stage when he was 12. He started his career in the industry as a Singer in Ad Jingles and Back Vocals. His first movie as a Background Singer was Mone Pore Ajo Sei Din, a Tollywood movie. Prasenjit has given his voice in many songs for films like Awara, Deewana, Jamai 420, Harano Prapti, Pratighat, and many more.
