Uthaman Pradeep and Nikitha Sastry are head over heels in love with each other. Pradeep has an elder sister, Divya, who is married to Dr. Yogi. Saraswati is their mother. Nikitha has an elder sister. When Nikitha opens up about her love for Pradeep at home, her father initially puts a condition that might seem silly. He asks them to exchange their phones for a day, and if they accept the condition and stay united, he will get them married. Both of them take the task and exchange their phones. Nikitha is shocked to see Pradeep’s phone and finds that he is worse than she expected. Pradeep also uncovers some dark secrets in Nikitha’s phone. They get separated after learning about each other through their phone exchange. Will they unite? The rest of the story speaks about it.
Radhika and Sathyaraj are always superb and did an interesting job in this film. Similarly, Raveena and Yogi Babu are valuable addition to the film. Ivana is good with her expressions and emotions. She looks beautiful too. Pradeep showcased a talented actor within him through this film. His expressions are fantastic, and he looks like Dhanush’s younger version.
The story is simple and neat and showcases the contemporary issues faced by youngsters. The casting team should really be appreciated for picking the supporting stars. They add great value to the story. The visuals are good, and the production designs are beautiful too. The music by Yuvan Shankar Raja is perfect. Though everything appears positive, the film has its flaws. Some scenes are over-projected and appear to be artificial.
What’s Not There?
Though it is his second film, the young Pradeep has tried his best to make the audience enjoy the most. The performances and the reality shown in the movie impressed the audience. So, if you want to watch a jolly kind of movie, you can get tickets for Love Today.
