The main track song for the serial itself explains the plight of women, Mai Ne, where women are seen wearing masks depicting their overburden and sadness behind happy masks and are asking their mother what they should ask about their life condition.
To which everything falls silent, indicating the mother herself is a victim of this patriarchal and male-chauvinist world, and she herself is helpless and cannot help her daughter escape this deadly trap. The title of the serial itself reveals, along with the poster, that this serial is centered around the lives of four individual women called Ruksana, Zainab, Ayesha, and Zara, who share a strong bond of friendship and support each other through thick and thin of life.
