Zameen Pe Chand is a Pakistani Urdu TV serial. It premiered in 2014. It aired on the Hum TV channel. It comes under the genres of drama and soap opera. The story starts with Naina and her family. Naina is married to Waqar. They have an 18-year-old son, Saddan, Waqar is not happy with Naina as he feels she does not take care of their son. Naina likes socializing with her friends and ignores her son. It leads to constant fights between the couple. Amidst this, Naina coincidently meets her ex-lover, Arsalan. Arsalan is married to Saira, who is a village girl. Arsalan has always been cold towards Saira as he missed Naina.

When Naina and Arsalan meet, they realize they have not stopped loving each other. Arsalan is obsessed with her and is willing to do anything to marry her. They start meeting each other frequently. Waqar gets a brain hemorrhage. He was in a very critical condition when Arsalan visited him and traumatized him by saying that Naina loves Arsalan. Waqar could not take this trauma and died. Arsalan and Naina’s meetings increased and he proposed to Naina. Saddan does not like Arsalan and is strictly against their marriage. Saira discovers Arsalan’s affair and tries to intervene but fails. Saira even changes her attire to a modern-looking girl to get Arsalan’s attention. However, Arsalan and Naina marry each other. Arsalan leaves Saira.

Parallelly, a small middle-class family includes two adult sisters, Hania and Sumbul, and their parents. They are a happy family. Unfortunately, Sumbul gets an electric shock and becomes paralyzed from the waist down. To get her back to normal, they require lots of money. Hania gets a job as a professor in the same college where Saddan studies. Saddan falls in love with her the first time he sees her. He tries to impress her, but Hania strictly forbids this relationship. Hania has a lover, Mohit, whom she plans to marry after Sumbul is cured. But destiny has other plans for her as she is married off to Saddan. Arsalan is attracted to Hania and tries to break their relationship.
