Sawaab is a Pakistani TV Serial that aired from June 2015 to July 2016 on Hum Sitaray and then later on HumTv. It was first telecasted as a Ramadan Special show, being aired every day in the month of Ramadan. The protagonist, Nimra, is the only daughter-in-law in a large joint family. Faced with Ramadaan and the subsequent preparations for the Seher and Iftaar, Nimra shoulders all the added duties with all the existing household responsibilities. The serial shows her struggles of feeling underappreciated and overworked, while also dealing with her in-laws. She does all this while also wanting to ensure that everyone is satisfied with all her cooking for Iftaar. Her story is one that was observed to be highly relatable by the viewers, especially during Ramadaan. With veteran actors like
