Mohabbat Karne Walon Ke Naam is a Pakistani serial premiered in 2011 on HUM TV. It is an Urdu-language serial. The serial focuses on the life of a family as they live through challenges. The story begins on a stormy night, presenting a mansion in an isolated region of Pakistan. Suman, a beautiful, kind, and intelligent mother, is praying for her son's well-being. Suman is married to Sameer, and has a child named Huram. Mohabbat Karne Walon Ke Naam centers on Huram's parents as they nurture him amidst struggles. Being a businessman, Sameer is out of home for months. Suman lives in the mansion with Huram and the house helps.

Huram was born with mental issues and is undergoing medication to treat his psychological problems. However, Suman, being a mother, can sense Huram's growing violence. Suman believes that Huram is in control of a spirit, and thus, tries different ways to help her son get back to normalcy. With the help of her house staff, she holds different witchcraft ceremonies at her house in an attempt to cure her son. However, nothing works for Huram, and he gets more aggressive with each passing day. Suman became concerned for her child's well-being. Sameer wasn't taking accountability for his son's actions. He didn't know the situation back home; thus, Suman took the situation into her hands.

The story escalated when during the witchcraft procession Sameer returned home. He is disappointed to see his educated wife resort to witchcraft in an attempt to cure a psychological problem. Sameer scolds Suman and explains to her the problem as discussed with the top psychologist and psychiatrist of the city. Sameer assures his wife that prescribed medicines will show their results sooner or later. Suman counters his beliefs by showing him Humar's present condition. It has been years since Humar has been diagnosed with mental problems and has been on medications.

While conversing with Sameer, Suman vowed to do whatever it takes for her son to be expected. Sameer felt hopeless that he couldn't be with his son and mark his progress. What will happen next?
