The serial tells the story of a young woman named Sarah and how jealousy can completely destroy a beautiful relationship. Sarah is portrayed as a doctor who lives with her husband named Salman. Salman is portrayed as a dutiful and loving husband who completely adores his wife. However, everything changes when Salman’s ex-fiancee Kainat moves into their house and starts to live with them because of a personal issue.

Soon, Sarah begins to show signs of jealousy and hatches a plan to drive Kainat out of the house. This leads to even bigger misunderstanding in between her husband and herself which further leads to trust issues and insecurities.
