Babar Ali is a television and film actor who was born on June 30 , 1975, in Karachi, Pakistan. He initiated his acting career at the tender age of sixteen. He was one of the first performers in Lollywood to have long hair and a distinctive speaking manner. Babar Ali debuted as an actor in "Labbaik,"the historical costume drama aired on "PTV."He played a young Muslim Arab general named "Mohammad Bin Qasim."He then starred as Humayun, the son of Mughal Emperor Babar, in the historical drama "Babar."

Babar Ali debuted in cinema through Syed Noor's Jeeva (1995). Babar's big-screen career began in 1995 with the film "Jeeva,"starring Nadeem and Resham. His initial film was a commercial success.
