Amrit Aur Maya is a Pakistani romantic drama TV serial that aired on Express Entertainment. The story circles around the life of two sisters Amrit and Maya. They both are completely opposite to each other. While Maya is the younger sister she is arrogant and stubborn in nature. She is envious of her sister and is the apple of her father’s eye. Shoaib is her father who is a dominating man and always compares between his daughters. He dislikes his wife and his step-daughter Amrit. The story then focuses on the love life of Amrit. Amrit’s life is changed when Wahab a good-looking and charming man enters her life. Wahab’s mother brings him a marriage proposal from Mansha. Mansha is Wahab’s cousin and also Maya’s best friend. Maya gets upset when she hears this because she has her eyes on Wahab and wants him at any cost. Meanwhile, Amrit and Wahab start coming closer to each other with irks Maya. Then starts a story of love, obsession, hatred, and revenge.
