Plot

Kakarla Krishnama Naidu from Narsipalli and MS Rami Reddy from Pulicherla know each other well. After some years, they meet again and decide to work together for a political party. Despite having different ideologies, they grew together and became important leaders in their party. In a situation, they have to part their ways. What’s the link between these two and Rayapati Chakradhar Rao? How did he enter politics? The rest of the story deals with these.

Star Performance

Chaitanya performed his role well. His body language and dialogue delivery are good. Aadhi is impressive in his role and adds strength to his character. Sai Kumar fits well in the role of the politician. Nassar is good in his limited screen time. Divya Dutta and Ravindra Vijay are good in their roles. Tanya Ravichandran did justice to the given role.

Analysis

The political theme is interesting. The writing is quite impressive, and the characters are designed with enough depth. However, the writing slips down in the middle episodes. The internal conflict over the CM chair is shot well. The new political party formation scenes are neatly designed and executed. Although the execution is good, some dialogues will not please the family audience. There are some violent scenes, too. The art department has worked well to bring the 70s era. The BGM works efficiently, and it elevates intense scenes well.

What’s There?

• The performances of Chaitanya, Aadhi, and Sai Kumar are impressive
• The characters are written with enough depth

What’s Not There?

• The dialogues should’ve been written family-friendly
• In the middle episodes, the writing lacks grip

Verdict

Mayasabha is a decent entertainer, if we exclude certain dialogues. It is definitely a one-time watch!
