Being lonely without getting committed for a long time gets you in a place where your friends make fun of you. Richard is now stuck in this situation. His nickname, "single," adds fury to his misery. When his friend in his friend group gets engaged, he challenges Richard to bring with him a girlfriend. Richard usually lends advice to his friends in their relationships. So, he gets embarrassed by the challenge.
He vows to prove his friend's assumptions wrong. He asks his female acquaintances for help. But they are either married or not in touch with him. Someone gives him an idea about a dating site. Though he is a bit reluctant at first, his desperate need to bring a girl to the wedding makes him agree to it. He meets Arini on the platform. Due to some unavoidable incidents, Arini has to be with him for 45 days as per the contract. Slowly, Arini impresses Richard with her understanding nature. He begins to hold her in his heart as his future partner. He hasn't felt this way for nearly 20 years. Will he express his love for her? Will they get united in the end? Well, that becomes the storyline here.
