The show revolves around a shape shifter snake named Shivanya. She is determined to take revenge of her parent's murder. Her cousin, another shape shifter serpent whose name is Shesha, helps her in her task. Shivanya had seen three of the five killers of her parents. The names of the killers are Ankush, Shailesh, and Viren. They killed her parents for a gem called Nagamani. Ankush's son, Ritik, falls in love with Shivanya and they get married. After marrying him, Shivanya begins to kill her parent's murderers one by one. They kill Viren first. Ritik's family realizes that a snake is after their life and so goes to a lady named Guru Maa for help.

She gives them all a ring which will protect them from the serpents. In spite of the ring, Shivanya manages to kill the second murderer, Shailesh. Simultaneously, Shivanya realizes that Ritik is innocent and doesn't know about his family's cruel past and falls in love with him. Shesha opposes their love as she feels it will be a hindrance to their mission. New problems and hurdles began to enter into their lives. Both the sisters overcome them. Shesha also falls in love with Ritik and it results in fights between the two sisters. Shivanya kills Ankush but Ritik sees it and hence begins to hate her.

However, he is not able to stop loving her but soon he learns about his family's deeds and ends his tiff with Shivanya. He also learns that his mother is also involved in Shivanya's parent's murder. Together, he and Shivanya kill all of them, including Shesha, and then consummate their marriage. Shivanya loses her power of shape-shifting and they both stay together happily.
