Intinti Gruhalakshmi is a tv serial that airs on Star Maa. The show is based on women’s empowerment. It shows the journey of a housewife creating her own identity. It features how she overcomes different obstacles and how she is becoming independent. The tv serial is inspired by the Marathi serial ‘Aai Kuthe Ky Karte’. The show started on 3 February 2020. It airs from Monday to Friday at 8 pm. In the serial, there is a protagonist named Tulsi, played by actress Kasthuri Shankar. The serial starts with Tulasi, who is a homemaker and is pregnant, and it is complicated. She is about to die during delivery. Luckily, she survives and later, she supports Nandu, her Husband in expanding his business.
Tulasi gets an opportunity to perform in competition at her daughter's school. Tulasi wins the best mother’s trophy in the contest at the annual day ceremony. Later Tulasi finds a job because her mother needs some monetary help. Now Tulasi is preparing a speech for a women's day event. She delivers an inspiring speech. Later Anjali who is the best friend of Tulasi gives her a surprise visit and tells her about the intentions of the people around her. She takes Tulasi to a parlor to get her a brand new look. Divya, Tulasi's daughter goes missing and Tulasi needs Anjali’s help to find Divya. Later, they find out that Divya is kidnapped by a gang. How Tulasi saves her from kidnappers? Who ordered them to kidnap the kid? The answers form the rest of the story.
