Brahmarakshasudu is a supernatural Tamil serial broadcast on the ZEE Telugu channel. This serial is a Telugu dubbed version of the Hindi serial Brahmarakshas broadcast on the Zee TV channel. The story starts in a village, named Kamalpur. In this village a couple gets married, and the bride throws the groom from the roof. She tells him that she married him because she just wanted his money and was just faking her love this entire time. She tells him that people will think that he fell from the roof as he was intoxicated. She threw her bangles and a beer bottle at his hands so that he falls. She just wanted his Haveli and money. The animals eat him.Now at present,the myth surrounding Kamalpur is that when a woman marries, she has to dress in a white dress and also give up her bangles and all the ornaments that might attract the Brahmarakshasudu. The Brahmarakshasudu is the man who was killed by his wife a day after his wedding.

A family is planning to marry their daughter,Rakhi,in this village. Rakhi’s mother,Mohini, does not want her daughter to be married in the village. Rakhi’s father wants to sell the village and wants his business expanded. Mohini knows the dangers, but her husband quietens her. He wants Rakhi’s husband’s family to buy that village at any cost and wants to get rid of that place. Mohinidresses her family accordingly to not attract Brahmarakshasudu’s attention. Mohinithrows all the bangles and ornaments owned by her family. They reach Kamalpura and Raina, Rakhi’s best friend, was holding a flower in her hand so she sees the Brahmarakshasudu. He also becomes violent when he sees alcohol as his wife threw him using that. Raina sees a group of people tying a girl to a tree as prey to call the Brahmarakshasudu. Raina helps the girl escape. They were sacrificing women and instead capturedRaina for the sacrifice. Rishabh, Rakhi’s brother, saves her.

The Brahmarakshasudu has possessed a man and is hunting brides to kill them. He has taken an oath to kill every newly married girl to avenge his wife’s betrayal. But Rakhi loves someone else and Rakhi’s father’s greed for selling the place to her in-laws forces her daughter to marry despite everything. Rakhi runs away from her wedding. Raina and Rishab help herescape to help herget married to the love of her life. But someone kills her husband and kidnaps Rakhi. Rakhi, unfortunately, dies.
