The storyline presents the simple life of a girl called Pooja from middle class. Her parents love her above the imagination and they think that their daughter has a special blessing from the Devi. Bhalchandra Dighe her father is fighting every day to offer her a better life and trying to climb up on social class. The marriage time for Pooja arrived and she prepared and dreamt about her marriage, but her life took a big turnaround when she found the truth about the marriage and how the life of a wife is. For her this marriage is like a trap and from where she cannot go away. Watching this series it raises all the time the question on how Pooja will deal with her marriage and it became from the first episode a must watch series.
