Sakthiman is a Tamil show broadcast on Zee Tamil channel. The host of this show, VJ Kamal, is the Sakthiman of this show. In this show, the contestants are kids. The kids play some 90s kids games. At the request of the kids, different TV celebrities come on stage to help these kids as captains. They play various games with the kids. Some of the games are as follows. The contestants i.e. the TV celebrities have to fix a punctured tire of a bicycle. The TV celebrity who manages to fill the tire’s puncture first would be the winner. The winner’s team would be allowed to select a child from their team to play the puncture the tire game. All the kids have to perform this task. In another task, the captains have to break open a piggy bank using a scale. The task is to take out the maximum number of coins from the piggy bank. After the captain’s performance i.e. the TV celebrity’s performance the kids have to follow their lead and perform the task. The main theme is the 2000s kids versus the 90s kids i.e. the game is whether the captain would perform better or the kids.

In another game, the captains have to play musical chairs. In this game, the players have to run around chairs and as soon as the music stops, the players have to sit on the chair. The chairs keep on reducing and the person who is unable to get a chair would lose. There are small gift items to be won after every game. These gift items are usually items that please kids like geometry boxes and chocolates. The captains also win various gifts. In another game, the contestants have to break a pitcher hanging on a rope. The opposite team captains have to keep on pulling the rope so that it becomes difficult for the contestant to aim. The captains and the contestants also perform dance performances in between the tasks. Sometimes, the captains and the kids perform a dance together. The kids are asked about their favorite snacks. The task that follows involves the captain and contestants eating a plate of their favorite snacks as soon as possible. The pair who completes first wins the task. This is an entertaining show.
