Dr Rajasekhar is an ideal doctor who loves his job and feels that it is his duty to save people who seek help from him, whether they are good or bad. A terrorist escapes from the police, and while chasing him, the ACP shoots him. However, he escapes and enters Rajasekhar’s clinic. Rajasekhar starts the treatment to remove the bullet. ACP asks him to stop the treatment, as the patient he is treating is a dreaded criminal. But Rajasekhar denies it and tells him that after his treatment, the police can arrest the criminal. However, the criminal escaped, which made Rajasekhar suspended from his job for a while. But, in a situation, Rajashekar is accused of being a criminal. He escapes from the police and hides.
