Septhembaraye Diga Dawasak is a Sinhala TV series. it is an adaptation of Kapila Kumara Kalinga’s novel. It aired on the ITN channel. The story is set in 1993 and follows protagonist Kamal, whose routine life takes an eerie turn after a chance encounter with a stranger named Wilson from his village. The story opens with Kamal being watched by Wilson before work. Later at a restaurant, Wilson strangely approaches Kamal, gets him drunk, and insists he stays overnight at Wilson's home, against his will. The next day, a suffering Kamal discovers the woman of that household has been murdered. This unsettling development after his bizarre evening introduces suspense and intrigue. Septhembaraye Diga Dawasak promises dramatic twists.

With the motives of its characters slowly revealed, the show offers an atmospheric thriller laced with secrets and rapidly changing fates after a fateful pub conversation.
