Tu Tithe Me is an Indian serial. It is a Marathi language serial that premiered in 2012. The story follows the tale of two individuals who get married and find it challenging to adjust according to each other's behavior. Manjiri is a young and beautiful girl. In contrast, Satyajit is a disciplined and cautious man who meticulously considers every decision. Unknowingly, Satyajeet and Manjiri get into an ugly mud fight as they get each other wet by splashing watery mud filled in the potholes. The incident was spontaneous and unintentional. However, the duo met unexpectedly on a marriage proposal set up by their parents. Satyajit can't recall where he saw Manjiri before the meeting; however, he continuously questions her appearance to be similar to someone he met before or that he had met her before the meeting.

Later, Manjiri tells her parents about the incident and they figure out the reason behind Satyajeet’s suspicion. Ashish, a male friend of Manjiri, has always liked her but couldn’t confess his feelings. When Ashish saw a guy entering her house with his family, he knew that he wanted to confess his feelings to her and convince her to marry him. Manjiri was unaware of the sudden expression by Ashish and felt furious because Ashish wanted to cross the friendship boundary. At home, Manjiri's mother accused her father of not letting Manjiri get married. Manjiri's father explained to her the affection he felt for Manjiri.

He expressed being a witness to the journey of Manjiri growing up and it was hard for him to see her live with someone else; however, it is about time that she gets married. The story escalates when Priya, the daughter of Satyajeet's mother's friend, was uncomfortable with the news of him seeing a girl for marriage. After Priya’s mother's death, Satyajeet and his family have given Priya a place in their home and heart. Priya developed feelings for Satyajeet; however, she saw him being unbothered by the idea of marrying another girl. Priya got heartbroken and was found unconscious. What happens next?
