Boom Boom Bomerang is a Malayalam game show for kids broadcast on the Kerala Vision channel. In this show,there are two hosts. One is a child host, and the other one is a woman. The children present on this show,as the contestants, come along with their parents. The teams are selected, and the kids consist of ages from ten to twelve years. They have to play games and win them. One of the games includes picking up cups, using a stick with a balloon attached to its end from which the players have to pick as many cups as they can. The second participant has to arrange them into a pyramid. This game has to be performed within a time limit. All six players are divided into three teams. In another game, the participation of parents is also needed. In this game, the children would throw milky chocolate bars to their parent’s hands and they have to catch maximum chocolate bars. This is also a time-based game.

The kids can sing and dance according to their interests and talents. Some parents are also good singers and sing along with their kids. Some kids do twinning of clothes with their parents.There are new contestants in every episode. After the introductions of the kids, the game is played. In one of the episodes, a game named Straw Kondoru Maalais played in which the contestants have to make the longest stick of straws. In between this show, sometimes a magician comes and presents tricks to entertain the parents, audience, and the kids. The parents also give their introductions when it is their turn to play the games. In the game named Collect The Ball, the parents have to collect balls in a basket which their kids would throw randomly facing the other side. The parent who collects the maximum number of balls in the given time limit would win. Some of the contestants are good Kathak dancers, so they entertain the audience by performing their dance.
