The show follows young Lord Anjaneya (Hanuman) who protects his three friends using his divine tail and mace. Unlike traditional depictions, this series portrays Hanuman as a guardian who often appears invisibly to help his devotees overcome challenges and confront evil. The main character, Pavithra, is a devoted follower of Lord Hanuman. Pavithra longs to see Balahanuman in person while another character, Mayamma, desperately searches for her missing Ratnam. Other characters include Aadi, Arjun, and Thambi, who become involved in various adventures where Balahanuman transforms them into heroes through his divine intervention. The series begins with Mayamma, searching for her missing Ratnam (a jewel). When Mayamma discovers the Ratnam on a Hanuman statue at the temple, she wrongfully accuses Pavithra and her friends of theft. As the story progresses, Mayamma abducts Pavithra and her friends, but Balahanuman (young Lord Hanuman) appears to rescue them. He then entrusts them with protecting Ratnam. Balahanuman continues to help Pavithra when two characters named Ravi and Rajini attempt to harm her. Demonstrating his divine abilities, Balahanuman also disguises himself as a boy to help Nandini escape Thambi. The plot develops further when Arjun faces issues with his step-mother Malu, who criticizes him for spending time with Pavithra and Aadi. The children seek Balahanuman's help to teach her a lesson. Later, Pavithra and her friends visit Thambi in the hospital, and when someone named Guna attempts to kidnap them, Balahanuman again comes to their rescue. Rajani and Ravi scheme against Pavithra to steal her wealth. Then Rajani makes a vicious attempt to kill Gouri, Pavithra's grandmother. The series depicts Hanuman confronting societal evils while bringing solace and happiness.
