While You Were Sleeping is a South Korean TV series aired on SBS. It started telecasting on 16th May 2011 and ended on 9th November 2011. It was aired from Monday to Friday at 7:15 pm. Ma Joo-Hee penned the series, and Park Kyung-Ryul directed it. Kim Yong-jin produced the series under the banner Story TV and JerryBoys Contents.

Oh Shin Young works as a nutritionist in a hospital cafeteria. She is married to Yoon Min Joon. He works in a food company in the sales department. During her delivery, Oh Shin Young goes to a coma stage. It is due to the chief obstetrician, Go Hyun Sung. She is none other than the former girlfriend of Yoon Min Joon. Although she is married to Chae Hyuk Jin, she still loves Yoon Min Joon. Chae Hyuk Jin is none other than the boss of Yoon Min Joon. Chae comes to know that his wife deceives him and decides to take revenge. Was he successful? What happens to Oh Shin Young? The rest of the story deals with this.

Lee Young-Eun plays the role of Oh Shin-young, Choi Won-young plays Yoon Min-Joon, Oh Yoon-ah plays Go Hyun-sung, and Lee Chang-hoon plays Chae Hyuk Jin. The rest of the cast includes, Jung Dong-hwan, Park Joon-geum, Baek Min-hyun, Kim Jin-woo, Kim Ha-kyun, Song Ok-sook, Lee Sung-yeol, Kim Hak-chul, Ahn Hae-sook, Kang Ye-sol, Lee Duk-hee, Ahn Ji-hyun, Min Joon-hyun, Lee Bum-hak and Park Woo-chun.
