Criminal Justice is based on the well-known 2008 British series of the same name. The story begins by introducing Aditya as he picks up Sanaya Rath, his last passenger for the day. During the ride, Sanaya and Aditya realized that they were alumni of the same college and that Sanaya was a drug addict; her mood swings irritated Aditya as she constantly changed her location. Aditya realized he wouldn't be able to enjoy his night at the pub and thus indulged in a one-night stand with Sanaya.

The story escalates when Aditya finds Sanaya brutally stabbed to death on the bed. Soon, a series of events happened, and Aditya was labeled a criminal. Madhav, an advocate, mistakenly took Aditya's case as a drink-and-drive case and filed to be his lawyer in the court. During Aditya's criminal custody, his lawyers changed, his family went through humiliation and lost their jobs, while Madhav found evidence that was against his client. Will the truth be revealed?
