She has also done a role in a short film Kaashi (2018) where she plays the role of Paragat. The storyline of the film surrounds a teenage girl living in a village, wants access to a toilet as she is scared of defecating in open areas. The film was written and directed by Tushar Tyagi.

Ishrat Khan sure is a well-known face in many Indian households as she appears in a very popular musical family show Kulfi Kumar Bajewaala (2018-2020) aired on StarPlus where she plays the role of Gunjan. The story revolves around a young musical prodigy, Kulfi who leaves her village in search of her father Sikander Gill Singh.
