Arnav and Khushi firstly met in Lucknow during a fashion show where Khushi falls into Arnav’s arms accidently, but Arnav attributed it intentional and started to humiliate and challenge Khushi in her each and every step.

In the show, where Khushi is a simple, jolly and immature girl, Arnav is an austere business tycoon who only cares about his family, especially his elder sister Anjali who is married to Shyam (who wishes to marry Khushi). Due to some misunderstandings, Arnav marries Khushi to save his sister Anjali’s marriage. After marrying Arnav, Khushi faced a lot of challenges in the house. Manorama (maternal aunt of Arnav) do not like Khushi and thus she humiliated her. Also she struggled to prove herself a capable and graceful daughter in law of the house. At the end of the series, everything got sorted out, and they lived happily ever after.
