The story starts with a young man, Chandan Bhargav. He is the son of the owner of the well-known Bhargav Coaching Classes. He had a previous relationship with a girl named Geeti. Geeti and Bhargav’s affair was short-lived. One day, Chandan gets caught in a big scandal. He gets arrested for the crime of raping a woman. It was not a usual rape case because the victim was a foreign Russian tourist. While Bhargav was getting arrested, the media was also present to cover the case. The news spread like fire. The whole country hears about the case and Chandan as the criminal. However, Chandan pleads not guilty.

Chandan was known as a decent boy in his neighborhood. Everyone who knows him is shocked. His parents and friends do not believe the crime. Everyone feels he is framed for this cruel crime. Inspector Javed Khan is heading Chandan’s case. He is determined to prove that Chandan is the culprit. What adds fuel to the fire is that Chandan hesitates to mention his whereabouts on that fateful night. He is reluctant to tell his story even though the charge against him is serious. Meanwhile, a famous and brave lawyer, Rishina, takes up Chandan’s case. She believes Chandan is not guilty. Rishini finds the case to be complicated. Chandan requests his lawyer to talk to his ex-girlfriend, Ginni. Rishini does not understand the connection between their relationship and the case. But Chandan convinces her that only Ginni can prove his innocence. Rishini goes on to investigate the case with the help of Ginni.
