‘Yu-Gi-Oh!’ comes under Japanese manga category which revolves around Young Motou Yugi, who was a quiet boy and liked hanging around with his friends. There is something special about Yugi. Using the power of his Millennium Puzzle, young, shy Yugi transforms into Yami Yugi, who likes to challenge people to card games. After the success of Pokemon, the people who dubbed for Pokemon went ahead and planned to do Yu-Gi-Oh. But it din't get telecast on television as Pokemon did in Japan. Hiroyuki Kakudo directed the show. It may be noted that the show was not only liked by kids but also by teenagers when it was telecast on Hungama Channel.
